Your way to Sixt/Shuttle-Service:The Sixt branch is directly opposite the main terminal building, a shuttle bus is in operation 24-hours a day to and from the office. Please call +44 (0) 28 94 45 35 88 upon your arrival to request the shuttle bus. Exit the arrivals hall. Continue to terminal exit and turn right. Coach pick up point - Our Shuttle- Cosmo Car parking/Sixt Rent a car - Blue bus. 2 minute Transfer. Please use our Online-Check-In at https://www.sixt.co.uk/php/resexpress, it takes just 3 Minutes. Add your details to your rental. All vehicles are located on site for a prompt and efficient service and with direct access to the main road from our office you can begin your journey with ease. Return Information:Please be aware that your rental vehicle should be returned to Sixt Rent A Car, 181 Airport Road, BT29 4DW. A Sixt Representative will be present to complete your check-in. A written permission issued by the Sixt branch is mandatory to cross the border. For the written permission a charge of 12.00 GBP per day, max. 24.00 GBP per 28 days applies. Vehicles may be taken into the Republic of Ireland by paying a foreign use charge but must not leave the island of Ireland. If vehicles leave the island of Ireland a fine of 500.00 GBP applies. If vehicles leave Northern Ireland without paying a foreign use charge a fine of 250.00 GBP applies. You can only add written permission at time of pick up or by returning the car to any Sixt location in Northern Ireland and signing a new rental agreement. You cannot add this cover over the phone or e-mail. We reserve the right not to authorise one- way rentals either to the Republic of Ireland (Dublin airport only) or any other Sixt branch in Northern Ireland after pick up. In case of offence against Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions all protections lose their validity.

• CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and Vehicle Theft coverage with Excess. (Not included: Tyres, Roof, Undercarriage, Glass, Wheels, Rear view and side mirrors, Windows, Hubcaps, etc. Please check with the Car Rental Provider on arrival).
• Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of £5,000,000.
• One-way fee has been added to the price quoted online and is payable at the counter; only applicable for One Way Rentals.
Deposit and Credit Card Information:
A deposit amount will be held on the main driver’s credit card for the duration of the rental. The deposit will be automatically released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. In case of theft or damage to the rental vehicle, you will be liable for up to the excess amount and the standard vehicle insurance policy will cover the rest.
Group Mini has a deposit of £1200
Groups Economy and Compact have a deposit of £1400
Groups Intermediate and Standard have a deposit of £2000
Groups Premium, Luxury and Fullsize have a deposit of £2500
Group XFAR has a deposit of £5000
If you have purchased insurance from a third party an excess/Desposit will still be required by Sixt.
The payment method must have been issued in the name of the driver. This must be presented at the time of vehicle pick-up and be valid at this time.
All credit cards from internationally recognised credit card companies - such as American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, Airplus, British Maestro are acceptable as payment methods
Any other prepaid cards, debit cards (VISA Debit*, VISA Electron/Maestro) or Switch/Solo cards are not accepted.
Two credit cards are required to rent Premium groups.
Please note, that payments with credit card will require the PIN of the credit card.
*VISA Debit may be used for payment of rental charges only. VISA Debit cards may not be used to cover the deposit, unless the Super Top Cover has been purchased.
Debit cards are only accepted for bookings of Vehicles in the Standard category or smaller.
Sixt CarExpress Servicecard (Advantage Circle) is only accepted in combination with a valid Credit Card.
Cash Payment is not accepted.
In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card for excess and security deposit stated on this voucher, car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.
If Super Top Cover is purchased at the desk your deposit will be as follows:
Groups Mini, Economy and Compact have a deposit of £0
Groups Intermediate and Standard have a deposit of £200
Groups Premium, Luxury and Fullsize and X*** have a deposit of £1000
Your vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it full. You may be required to leave a fuel deposit charged on your credit card that will be released when you return the car full. Missing fuel will be charged on your return along with an administration fee. The price per litre charged by the rental agent may be significantly higher than the price at the local service station.
Extras and Additional Charges:
Diesel vehicle: £4.99 per day (additional charge) (on request).
Additional drivers: £8.99 per day with a maximum of £79.90 per rental.
Baby/booster seats: £15 per day with a maximum of £90 per rental (on request).
GPS: £4.99 per day with a maximum of £15 per rental (on request).
